About your day-to-day:

As a freelance technical recruiter you will be supporting M47 into the early stage of the recruitment process. Sourcing, screening and reporting potential candidates for our QA Engineering Division.

• Sourcing & Mapping: Find, identify, and engage specialized talent for our QA Division (Manual QA and Automation QA).

• Screening: Ensuring candidates capabilities match the project requirements.

• Reporting & Handover: After finding a potential candidate/candidates handover them to your Talent Acquisition Business Partner.
  

Note: All post-offer activities, contract drafting, and formal onboarding will be handled entirely by the corresponding Talent Acquisition Business Partner who takes over the candidate process post-screening.

This is for you if you have:

• Proven experience in technical recruitment, talent acquisition, or sourcing, specifically with a track record of identifying and hiring specialized profiles of various seniority, such as Manual Testers, Automation QA Engineering, AI Engineers, Language Engineers, and Software Engineers.

• Strong candidate attraction and engagement skills.

• A goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively during peak periods.

• Fluency in English.

• Payment Model: Financial compensation is performance-based and will be paid per hire on a monthly basis. In cases where additional sourcing support is required, this is something we can discuss and negotiate.
