Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle — from initial job briefing and candidate sourcing through to offer management and placement — across diverse roles within the Recruitment & Staffing sector.
• Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, professional networks, referrals, and direct headhunting strategies.
• Conduct thorough candidate screenings, competency-based interviews, and assessments to evaluate suitability for client roles.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with both clients and candidates, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the hiring process.
• Collaborate closely with the Mercier Consultancy Group team to align recruitment strategies with client requirements and market trends in the United Arab Emirates.
• Prepare compelling candidate profiles, shortlists, and recruitment reports for client presentations.
• Actively contribute to business development by identifying new client opportunities and expanding the Mercier Consultancy Group talent network in the region.
• Ensure all recruitment activity is conducted in compliance with relevant employment regulations and best practices applicable in the United Arab Emirates.

Requirements

• Native or fluent English language skills (spoken and written) are essential for this role.
• Must be a freelancer or willing to become one — this is a freelance engagement and candidates must be comfortable operating on an independent contractor basis.
• Must be able to invoice — candidates are required to issue professional invoices for services rendered as part of the freelance arrangement.
• Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related role within the Recruitment & Staffing industry is highly desirable.
• Strong command of sourcing tools, ATS platforms, and professional networking channels such as LinkedIn.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of managing multiple assignments simultaneously with a high degree of professionalism.
• Willingness and eligibility to work on-site in the United Arab Emirates.
