The job
It is really simple: as we are growing our candidate database and increasing clients' demand, we need support in finding, qualifying, and conducting full-cycle tech and non-tech recruitment for specific jobs. So if you feel like joining a very smart, no bullshit and remote agency, make decent commisions working remotely within a completely autonomous schedule, and have the chance to be part of something big, apply and let's have a virtual coffee! Important to reinforce that this is a success-based freelancing role, paid by closed jobs (with a potential for a fixed fee).
The job is for you if...
You have previous experience as a Freelancer Recruiter speaks Portuguese and English.
You speak fluent English and Portuguese. Most of our clients and candidates are native English speakers.
You have a growth mindset. You are also contributing to building ambi.careers from the beginning, so new opportunities could appear in the mid-term.
You are fine working as a freelance contractor. You take the risk as we do, and we all get paid based on the placements. We aim to be the #1 agency for startups and scaleups in our region, so we work with a few, but great freelance recruiters, based on a respectful and trustworthy relationship.
You have some extra time that you could invest in this, not just 15 minutes a day.
The job IS NOT for you if...
You hate speaking with candidates and clients.
You don´t like the idea of freelancing or getting success-based commissions
You are arrogant and don´t know what empathy is
Again, English is a must, and another fluent language would be awesome.
