Freelance D2C Supply Chain & Data Assistant - REMOTE

We are looking for a motivated freelance Supply Chain Coordinator/Assistant to join our fully remote pet brand. In this role, you will support and optimize our supply chain by coordinating with suppliers and logistics partners, managing inventory flows, and working with data to support our Supply Chain team in forecasting and operational planning.

Tasks

• Communication: Maintain daily communication with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal teams to align processes and swiftly resolve any bottlenecks.
• Data magement: Monitor, automise and optimise data across our supply chain systems to ensure accuracy and performance.
• Product Branding: Coordinate product branding and packaging specifications with our suppliers to ensure all products meet the desired quality standards.
• Product sourcing: Support the evaluation of potential new products and coordinate with suppliers throughout the sourcing process.
• Data analysis: Conduct data analysis on inventory databases, purchase orders, and other areas to support forecasting and operational planning.

Requirements

• Fluency in English, both written and spoken. Other languages are a big plus.
• Strong communication skills.
• Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Experience in supply chain, preferably with a D2C brand
• Available at least 20 hours a week during CET mornings (your location doesn't matter)
