The Opportunity:

We are hiring a Fraud Security Specialist to join a team responsible for protecting CoinPoker from intentional and co-ordinated abuse, including intentional fraud, money-laundering and account safety. You will be joining a very effective team in a role that combines investigative expertise, ensuring fraud, abuse, cheating, and emerging threats are identified, investigated, and resolved to the highest standard.

You will be detail-oriented, data-driven, and highly organised, with excellent communication skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure. Above all, you will be adaptable in a fast-paced environment and genuinely passionate about protecting customer trust and the overall integrity of the platform.

Key Responsibilities:

Fraud & Security Investigations

• Manage Transaction queues ensuring transactions meet operation requirements and comply with AML and regulatory obligations.

• Conduct deep-dive investigations into multi-accounting, account sharing, account compromise, identity abuse, and coordinated abuse rings.

• Documentation review and management.

• Uphold customer centric services, delivering the highest of customer support standards to ensure reputational integrity.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with other departments to resolve internal and external customer needs and requests.

• Liaise with other departments to solve complex cases and issue resolution.

Reporting and Analytics

• Present regular reports and insights on fraud trends and abuse rings. Present process and tool enhancements to improve processes.

Highly Desired Knowledge and Experience:

• Previous experience in fraud prevention and risk management, preferably in the iGaming industry.

• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to work with large volumes of data to identify patterns and trends.

• Familiarity with fraud monitoring systems, risk analysis tools, and security technologies.

• Ability to clearly and effectively communicate complex findings to other staff members and stakeholders.

• High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all investigations and reports.

• Ability to anticipate fraud and risk issues before they occur, taking preventive actions.
