This is a founding go-to-market role at an early-stage GenAI research startup building next-generation models for human-centric image and video creation. You'll own end-to-end GTM execution — working directly with the founding team to turn cutting-edge product capability into commercial traction and build the repeatable playbook from the ground up. It's a high-ownership, high-autonomy position that will define how the company reaches and serves professional creatives across studios, agencies, and creator platforms.
Own early go-to-market execution across community, content, partnerships, and targeted outreach.
Build and manage relationships with design partners and early customers in creator, studio, and agency segments.
Recruit and organize participants for ongoing product research and user testing.
Drive early commercial conversations including demos, pilots, and structured market feedback channels.
Collaborate with product leadership on positioning, messaging, ICP definition, and pricing.
Synthesize and deliver clear market feedback to accelerate product decision-making.
Track the competitive landscape of GenAI creative tools, workflows, and user expectations.
Represent the company externally with credibility, strong EQ, and confident storytelling.
4–8+ years in GTM, partnerships, growth, or client-facing roles at startups or fast-moving environments.
Proven experience in at least one motion: B2B partnerships/sales (pilots, early deals) and/or B2C growth (community or creator funnels).
3+ years serving professional creatives at creative tools companies, agencies, creator platforms, or production studios.
1–2+ years of hands-on exposure to GenAI products and workflows; comfortable using AI tools as part of daily GTM work.
Full-cycle sales experience: discovery, demo, negotiation, close, and building CRM/outbound sequences from scratch.
Strong customer-facing skills, execution-driven mindset, and ability to operate independently in ambiguous, early-stage settings.
Comfortable selling a product that is still being shaped, thriving in fast-paced communication and taking ownership well beyond a job description.
Openness to occasional travel; visa sponsorship available where applicable.
Salary: $150,000–$185,000 USD annually. Visa sponsorship is available where applicable.
Fully remote, with New York (US) as the preferred base. Candidates based in Zurich or Warsaw are also welcome. Occasional travel expected.
