AI Summary

Lead the end-to-end delivery of customer deployments for AI infrastructure, including GPU clusters and networking. Coordinate across internal engineering teams, data center operators, and hardware vendors to ensure successful production readiness.

Deployments Program Manager – NeoCloud Infrastructure

Location: Remote (U.S.)

About Hydra Host

Hydra Host connects AI Factories—high-performance GPU data centers—with the organizations that depend on them: foundation model developers, enterprise AI teams, research organizations, and next-generation AI platforms.

As demand for GPU compute accelerates, customers need infrastructure deployed faster, more reliably, and with greater operational rigor than traditional cloud environments. Hydra Host sits at the center of that transformation, helping customers bring AI capacity online across a growing network of NeoCloud infrastructure providers and AI Factories.

The Role

We are seeking a Deployments Program Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of customer deployments across Hydra Host's NeoCloud ecosystem.

This is not a traditional project management role. You will coordinate the deployment of large-scale AI infrastructure environments involving GPU clusters, networking, colocation facilities, cloud platforms, customer engineering teams, and infrastructure partners.

You will own deployment execution from signed contract through production readiness, ensuring customers are successfully onboarded while aligning internal teams, data center operators, hardware vendors, and customer stakeholders.

The ideal candidate combines strong program management discipline with a deep understanding of infrastructure, data centers, cloud operations, networking, and customer-facing delivery.

What You'll Do

Deployment Leadership

  • Own customer deployment programs from kickoff through production launch.
  • Create and manage detailed deployment plans, milestones, dependencies, and risk registers.
  • Drive accountability across internal teams, infrastructure partners, and customers.
  • Coordinate installation, provisioning, testing, validation, and customer handoff activities.
  • Lead deployment readiness reviews and executive status reporting.

Infrastructure Coordination

  • Partner with engineering, operations, networking, and support teams to ensure successful deployment execution.
  • Coordinate GPU cluster deployments, network turn-ups, rack integrations, and infrastructure provisioning activities.
  • Track capacity availability across NeoCloud and AI Factory partners.
  • Ensure all deployment requirements are documented, approved, and executed.

Customer Delivery

  • Serve as the primary deployment contact for customers.
  • Lead kickoff meetings and deployment status reviews.
  • Manage customer expectations regarding timelines, dependencies, and risks.
  • Escalate blockers and drive rapid resolution.
  • Ensure a smooth transition from deployment to operations and support teams.

Process & Program Development

  • Establish repeatable deployment methodologies and standards.
  • Define deployment KPIs, reporting frameworks, and operational metrics.
  • Improve deployment workflows, tooling, documentation, and governance.
  • Develop playbooks that enable Hydra Host to scale customer onboarding efficiently.

Cross-Functional Program Management

  • Coordinate activities across:
    • Infrastructure Engineering
    • Network Engineering
    • Data Center Operations
    • Customer Success
    • Technical Support
    • Capacity Planning
    • Vendor Management
    • Executive Leadership

What Success Looks Like

Within your first year, you will:

  • Reduce deployment timelines while improving predictability.
  • Establish scalable deployment processes that support rapid NeoCloud growth.
  • Successfully launch multiple customer environments simultaneously.
  • Improve deployment visibility across customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Create operational frameworks that allow Hydra Host to scale deployments without sacrificing quality.

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of program management, deployment management, technical project management, or infrastructure delivery experience.
  • Experience managing large-scale infrastructure, cloud, networking, or data center deployments.
  • Strong understanding of:
    • Data center operations
    • GPU infrastructure
    • Cloud platforms
    • Networking fundamentals
    • Infrastructure lifecycle management
  • Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders across technical and business organizations.
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities in fast-moving environments.
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Experience building deployment processes and operational frameworks from the ground up.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working for a NeoCloud, GPU cloud provider, hyperscaler, colocation provider, or AI infrastructure company.
  • Familiarity with NVIDIA GPU environments and AI infrastructure deployments.
  • Understanding of:
    • High-performance networking
    • Storage infrastructure
    • Kubernetes
    • Bare metal provisioning
    • AI/ML infrastructure
  • PMP, PgMP, Agile, Scrum, or equivalent certifications.
  • Experience supporting enterprise or hyperscale infrastructure customers.

Why Hydra Host

The AI infrastructure layer is being built right now. Organizations are racing to secure GPU capacity, deploy clusters, and scale AI workloads globally. Hydra Host is helping define how that infrastructure comes online.

As a Deployments Program Manager, you'll play a critical role in bringing next-generation AI infrastructure into production, working directly with cutting-edge customers, NeoCloud providers, and world-class technical teams that are building the future of AI.

If you thrive at the intersection of infrastructure, execution, and customer delivery—and enjoy turning complex deployments into repeatable success—we'd love to hear from you
