Your Responsibilities

• Conduct English chat-based conversations with potential inbound leads

• Use our scripts as a foundation, but adapt your approach to the needs of each customer.

• Ensure a high-quality customer experience and build long-term relationships.

Your Profile

• Proven success in chat-based sales or comparable sales experience, at least for 2 years.

• Fluent English for client communication and for internal coordination.

• Ability to manage multiple customer interactions at the same time.

• Forex trading knowledge is mandatory.

• A self-starter personality with responsibility and the ability to work independently.
