In this vital role, you will be responsible for monitoring chat interactions, promoting a positive atmosphere, and ensuring compliance with community standards.

Responsibilities

• Monitor in-game chat and player interactions to ensure compliance with community guidelines and safety standards.
• Engage actively with players to foster a respectful and inclusive community.
• Quickly identify and address any instances of inappropriate behavior or content, escalating issues as necessary.
• Assist players by responding to inquiries regarding chat moderation policies.
• Document moderation actions and maintain accurate records for reporting purposes.
• Collaborate with other teams to enhance player experience and community engagement initiatives.
• Participate in ongoing training to remain current on moderation tools and community best practices.

Requirements

• Fluency in Finnish and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in online moderation, community management, or similar roles is preferred.
• Strong understanding of gaming culture and community dynamics.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and a calm demeanor in challenging situations.
• Detail-oriented and accountable when managing online content.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
