In this position, you will assist Finnish-speaking clients by responding to their inquiries via email and ensuring their needs are met efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer emails in Finnish, delivering accurate information about products and services.
• Assist clients with issues related to orders, accounts, and general support inquiries.
• Troubleshoot customer problems and provide effective solutions or escalate to the relevant teams as necessary.
• Document all interactions with customers in the CRM system for accurate tracking and follow-up.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a high level of service quality.
• Identify recurring customer issues and communicate feedback to management to enhance support processes.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide reliable assistance.

Requirements

• Fluency in Finnish and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in email support or a customer service role is highly preferred.
• Exceptional written communication skills with a focus on professionalism and clarity.
• Strong problem-solving abilities capable of effectively managing customer inquiries.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time in a remote setting.
