Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service via chat, email, and phone to Finnish-speaking clients.
• Address and resolve customer questions and concerns promptly and effectively.
• Guide customers through our products and services to enhance their gaming experience.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure top-notch service delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
• Collect and report customer feedback to aid in continuous improvement.
• Participate in training sessions to broaden product knowledge and strengthen service skills.

Requirements

• Fluency in Finnish and a strong command of English; additional languages are an asset.
• Experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support tools is a plus.
• Willingness to relocate to Malta and engage in a new cultural experience.
