Financial Analyst

Remote | Full-time

We’re looking for a Financial Analyst to support financial planning, analysis, reporting, and decision-making across the business.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working with numbers, building financial models, and turning data into clear insights.

What you’ll do

• Prepare financial reports, forecasts, and management dashboards

• Build and maintain financial models

• Analyze revenue, expenses, cash flow, and business performance

• Support budgeting and financial planning

• Track actual performance against budgets and forecasts

• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities in financial data

• Prepare financial analysis for business decisions

• Support monthly and quarterly reporting

• Maintain accurate financial data and documentation

• Work with leadership and other teams on financial planning and analysis

• Improve financial reporting and analysis processes

What we’re looking for

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Strong understanding of financial statements and financial concepts

• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills

• Ability to build and understand financial models

• High attention to detail and accuracy

• Strong written and verbal communication

• Ability to explain financial information clearly

• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment

• Experience with accounting or financial software is a plus

• CFA, ACCA, CPA, CA, finance degree, or equivalent experience is a plus
