Iron Mountain is seeking an analytical Finance Subject Matter Expert (SME) – ALM Systems, Transformation & Business Intelligence to join our Finance team.

In this role, you’ll play a key part in raising the standard of our global financial architecture during an exciting period of dynamic business growth. By connecting operational workflows to clear financial intelligence, you'll have the opportunity to provide executive leadership with the actionable visibility needed to drive operational efficiency across the enterprise. Here, your expertise will help build the data models and systems integrations that secure a stable foundation for our continued success.

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)

In this role, you will:

• Lead Systems Architecture: Map end-to-end billing and settlement workflows while integrating operational, accounting, and inventory management systems to harmonize data models.

• Drive Financial Intelligence: Design and implement frameworks for real-time inventory tracking and asset valuation to provide granular P&L transparency across regions and channels.

• Govern Audit, Risk, and Compliance: Perform structured diagnostic reviews of regional invoicing systems to ensure robust revenue recognition and establish secure approval frameworks.

• Optimize Cash Flow: Streamline and optimize the timeline from initial asset receipt to final cash collection.

• Translate Business Needs: Act as a vital link between executive leadership and technical teams to convert complex financial requirements into practical operational solutions.

What You’ll Bring (Skills & Qualifications) The ideal candidate will have:

• 10+ years of experience in Finance or Finance Transformation, specifically within the Information Technology Asset Disposition (ITAD) or Asset Lifecycle Management industry.

• Strong knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERPs) systems (such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, SAP, or Oracle) and Salesforce Customer Relationship Management tools.

• Proven ability in managing financial integrations following Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A), including navigating complex multi-entity environments and designing data models for margin analysis.

• Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence executive leadership and bridge the gap between technical and operational teams.
