What you’ll be doing

You’ll take ownership of the end-to-end Support at Home claiming and statement process, including:

• Managing Support at Home claiming activities accurately and within required timeframes
• Preparing, reviewing and distributing client statements
• Checking data and ensuring information is accurate and compliant
• Investigating discrepancies and resolving claiming, reporting and statement queries
• Working with internal teams to gather and validate required information
• Maintaining clear documentation, records and process guides
• Identifying and resolving issues to keep processes running smoothly
• Ensuring continuity of this critical function throughout the contract period

What you’ll bring

You don’t necessarily need to have worked specifically with Support at Home before. What matters is your ability to learn quickly, work accurately and confidently take ownership of a detailed process.

We’re looking for someone with:

• Experience in claims administration, billing, financial processing, accounts or a similar role
• Exceptional attention to detail and a strong focus on accuracy
• Confidence working with data and investigating discrepancies
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities and critical deadlines
• Clear and confident communication skills
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
• The ability to quickly learn new systems and specialised processes
• A proactive approach and confidence working independently

What you’ll be doing
