The Finance Manager will partner with executive leadership to develop forecasts, business plans, and strategies to maximize business results. They will also execute core FP&A responsibilities, including month-end close, financial modeling, and delivering performance insights through KPIs.

As a Finance Manager, you will support and directly contribute to gFiber’s growth by providing financial analysis & by managing and optimizing our key FP&A processes in partnership with Executive Functional Leadership and their teams. In this key partner role, you’ll leverage your analytical, attention to detail, and consultative skills to track performance metrics and model business scenarios to inform key strategic and operational decisions (such as pricing, new product and features launches, drive efficiency in channel and tactic marketing and enable effective fiber optic deployment strategies). |

The US base salary for this full-time position is $112,000 - $181,100 + bonus + benefits. As pay varies by location, your recruiter will share more about the specific salary range for your targeted location during the hiring process.
