From installation and commissioning to troubleshooting and technical training, you'll play an important role in ensuring our solutions perform at their best.

If you enjoy combining hands-on technical expertise with customer interaction, exploring new environments, and being part of an international team, we'd love to hear from you!

  • Provide hands-on technical assistance throughout the project lifecycle, from initial consultation to ongoing system support.
  • Conduct site surveys, system testing, maintenance, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal product performance.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and networking challenges, collaborating with internal specialists when needed.

Build Strong Customer Relationships

  • Work closely with customers, system integrators, dealers, and installation partners to ensure successful deployments.
  • Provide practical technical guidance and share your expertise to help customers get the most from our solutions.
  • Support our sales teams with technical demonstrations, product information, and customer consultations.
  • Represent Senstar professionally while building trusted relationships across the APAC region.

Share Your Knowledge

  • Deliver engaging product training and hands-on instruction to customers, partners, and colleagues.
  • Help customers develop the confidence and technical knowledge to operate and maintain their systems.
  • Prepare clear technical documentation, service reports, and installation records.
  • Share field experiences and customer feedback with our engineering and product teams to support continuous improvement.

Explore, Collaborate & Innovate

  • Travel throughout the APAC region to support customers and projects, with occasional international opportunities.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across Sales, Engineering, Product Management, and Technical Services.
  • Stay curious about emerging technologies and contribute ideas to improve our products and customer experience.

What You Bring

  • Post-secondary education in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent practical experience.

  • A solid understanding of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, network protocols, and connectivity.
  • Familiarity with Windows operating systems, server environments, databases, and IT infrastructure.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a natural curiosity for understanding how things work.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to different audiences.
  • A customer-focused mindset, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • The flexibility and enthusiasm to travel regularly throughout the APAC region (approximately 60%).

Even Better If You Have:

  • Experience with physical security systems, including video management systems (VMS), cameras, access control, or perimeter intrusion detection systems (PIDS).
  • Knowledge of fibre optics, electronics, cabling, and diagnostic testing equipment.
  • Familiarity with SQL Server, Active Directory, virtualization, or network analysis tools such as Wireshark.
  • Experience delivering technical training or supporting system integrators.
  • Networking certifications such as CCNA or experience with programming and scripting.
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD, Visio, or similar technical drawing tools.

What Sets You Apart

  • You're someone who enjoys getting to the root of a technical challenge and takes pride in finding solutions that make a difference.
  • You're equally comfortable working independently at a customer site or collaborating with colleagues across the globe.
You bring initiative, adaptability, and a positive attitude, even when faced with unexpected challenges.
