What You'll Own
You'll help run the operating rhythm for Field Marketing: intake, readiness, system hygiene, documentation, workflows, contracts and process coordination, reporting inputs, and execution support.
Manage Field Marketing intake and operational workflows across events, partnerships, and other field initiatives.
Build and maintain the team's operating systems — Asana workflows, projects, forms, and reports; Slack automations; and Guru documentation—and keep program data clean across Asana, HubSpot, event technology, and other Field Marketing platforms.
Track program readiness — approvals, contracts, documentation, timelines, and handoffs — and flag missing information before it becomes a blocker.
Support vendor onboarding, contracting, invoice/PO coordination, and budget tracking in partnership with Marketing, Finance, and Legal.
Support lead capture readiness, event data reconciliation, and post-event reporting inputs.
Maintain the master Field Marketing calendar, ensuring stakeholders have visibility into upcoming events and commitments.
You're Gonna Crush It If
You have 2-3 years of experience in marketing operations, project coordination, or field/event marketing support.
You have hands-on experience with project management or CRM tools (Asana, HubSpot, or similar) and enjoy keeping systems clean and organized.
You're obsessed with details and have the organizational skills to prove it.
You work cross-functionally with ease – program owners, marketing colleagues, and vendors all love working with you.
You care about the quality of the work after it leaves your hands — not simply whether your portion is technically complete.
You see systems, templates, and processes as tools that enable great marketing — not as the end product
Travel Requirements
Occasional travel (~10%) for team gatherings and select flagship events if support is needed.
