We are seeking a highly organized and assertive Virtual Assistants for a role in Field Maintenance Coordination. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Coordinate daily communication between field crews and remote project managers
• Coordinate schedules and communication between hospitals, warehouse, laundry and other department. 
• Create and manage scheduled for field employees and adjust staffing as project needs change.
• Monitor employee attendance, productivity and work performance. 
• Hold team members accountable for deadlines, workmanship, and company standards
• Address poo-quality work promptly and professionally, cocumenting issues as needed.
• Track project progress and provide accurate status updates to management
• Prapare and process invoices and other project-related documentation
• Ensure field operations remain organized, efficient and aligned with project timelines.

Qualifications: 

• Experience in field operations, construction, manufacturing or project coordination
• Strong leadersp and commuinication skills iwth the confidence to enforce standards
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and scheduling abilites
• Experience with attendance tracking, performance monitoring, and employee accountability
• Familiarity with invoicing and basic administrative process
• Proficient with remot communication and project management tools.
• Able to make sound decisions and resolve issues independently
