Responsibilities
Utilize advanced analytics platforms such as Amplitude, Qlik Sense, GA4, and Looker Studio to interpret complex datasets and translate findings into actionable business strategies.
Collaborate closely with UI/UX teams and leverage AI-driven tools to enhance product features and streamline multi-market delivery processes.
Manage project lifecycles using Jira and Confluence within Agile frameworks, including Scrum and Kanban methodologies, to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables.
Analyze customer relationship data and apply foundational Salesforce (SFDC) knowledge to optimize marketing campaigns and improve customer engagement metrics.
