Experienced Freelance Mass Recruiter (Fully Remote)

We are seeking driven, highly experienced Freelance Mass Recruiters to join our talent sourcing network. In this high-volume role, you will be responsible for identifying, screening, and delivering large volumes of qualified candidates for key international clients across Asia, the Middle East, Africa, and Europe.

Key Responsibilities

• High-Volume Sourcing: Proactively source large pools of qualified candidates using job boards, social media, specialized recruitment databases, local networks, and direct outreach.
• Screening & Assessment: Conduct fast-paced, thorough screening interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, language proficiency, availability, and cultural fit for specific roles.
• Pipeline Management: Maintain an active, steady pipeline of ready-to-deploy candidates to meet tight hiring deadlines and volume quotas across multiple geographic regions.
• Regional Compliance & Coordination: Understand local hiring market nuances across Asia, Middle East, Africa, and Europe to ensure smooth candidate submission and onboarding processes.
• Candidate Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle—ensuring clear timelines, interview prep, and high engagement.
• Performance Tracking: Log sourcing metrics, candidate status updates, and placement data in our tracking system to maintain full visibility.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Mass Recruitment Expertise (Mandatory): Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in high-volume/mass recruitment within a recruitment agency, BPO, or high-volume corporate environment.
• Global Market Exposure: Demonstrated experience recruiting candidates across one or more target regions: Asia, Middle East, Africa, or Europe.
• English Proficiency: Fluent/Native English communication skills (written and verbal). You will be evaluating candidates in English and communicating with global account managers.
• Self-Driven & Autonomous: Ability to manage your own pipeline, work independently in a remote setup, and deliver volume under tight turnarounds.
• Sourcing Capability: Proven mastery of boolean search, global job boards, LinkedIn, candidate databases, and alternative high-volume sourcing channels.
• Home Office Setup: Reliable high-speed internet, a dedicated quiet workspace, and a reliable computer capable of handling online video interviews and database tools.

Compensation Structure

• 100% Commission-Based: This is a fully commission-driven freelance contract with no base salary.
• Uncapped Earnings: You are compensated per successful placement/hire with no cap on what you can earn. The more volume you deliver, the more you earn.
• Performance Incentives: Higher payouts offered for urgent batches, critical volume milestones, and niche mass-hiring projects.
