Job Description
Executive Assistant - Fractional (Hospitality Industry)
Highly functional organized person to support the owner of a growing portfolio of hotel properties. This is a strategic role for a professional that thrives in a very fast paced environment. You will manage the owners calendar, schedule and buffer the owners time.
Communication Liason: Filter high volume executive drafts and correspondence. You will serve as a point of contact for the owner. Track executive meetings, and organize digital files and contracts.
Tech savvy: Professional in a number of communication platforms.
Must have excellent verbal and written communication, bulletproof confidentiality and strong problem solving abilities.
You have a proactive mindset- "figure it out" attitude and the ability to anticipate execeutive needs before they arise.
Compensation to commensurate with experience - $30.00-$40.00 per hour. 20 hours per week however will increase as work load increases.
Work remote with occasional travel to Executive meetings, retreats as needed.
