POSITION OVERVIEW

NCA is in search of an Operations Coordinator who will be responsible for supporting the Operations & Case Management teams in the western regions of the country, including: Facilitating client requests (transportation, purchases, appointments, etc.), creating and distributing reports, conducting quality assurance checks, and coordinating new client intake.

MUST BE LIVING IN PACIFIC OR MOUNTAIN TIME ZONES. Work schedule will include mandatory availability 8:30a-5p (your local time zone), Monday through Friday.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • 3+ years of experience in office administration, healthcare, teaching and/or care management required
  • Comfortable interacting with clients via email, phone and in-person
  • Collaboration with multiple departments, following tasks to completion
  • Data entry experience, able to efficiently & accurately create client files and organize digital documents
  • Highly organized, motivated self-starter comfortable working in a virtual company/office
  • The ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines
  • Tech savvy with Microsoft Office experience, including Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills
