THE ROLE

This is the role that opens doors. You'll spend your day calling businesses across our Florida markets, starting real conversations, and earning enough trust to book a free walkthrough with one of our operations supervisors. That walkthrough is the handoff — our team takes it from there.

You are not here to close deals. Your job is to get a foot in the door and set the appointment. No hard selling, no pressure tactics — just genuine, human conversation that gets a busy decision-maker to say "yes, come take a look."


To be clear: we are not looking for someone who reads off a script. We want a natural conversationalist who can think on their feet, listen, and let the conversation flow. If you sound like a robot, this isn't the fit. If people enjoy talking to you, keep reading.


WHAT YOUR DAY LOOKS LIKE

Let's be honest about the work: sales is a numbers game, and this role is high volume. You'll make 90+ outbound calls a day, roughly 480 a week. Most people won't answer, and plenty who do will say no. That's the job, and it's completely normal.

The people who thrive here understand that "no" simply means "next." A hang-up doesn't ruin your day. You stay positive, keep dialing, and trust the math — the more conversations you start, the more walkthroughs you book, and the more you earn.



Requirements

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • 2+ years of B2B outbound experience — a proven track record in cold calling, appointment setting, or telesales to businesses
  • Conversational English with no hiccups — you'll be calling U.S. business owners and managers, so you must hold a natural, free-flowing conversation in English with ease
  • A natural phone presence — you build quick rapport, listen, and adapt; you don't read a script word-for-word
  • Thick skin — rejection and hang-ups don't rattle you
  • Coachable and team-minded — you take feedback well, apply it fast, and want to win as part of a team
  • In it for the long haul — you want to grow with us, not job-hop
  • Your own equipment — a reliable laptop and headset/mic, a quiet place to work, and stable high-speed internet


NICE TO HAVE (NOT REQUIRED)

  • Experience selling to facilities, property managers, offices, or other B2B services
  • Comfort working in a CRM and/or with a dialer system
  • A background in cleaning, janitorial, or facility services

POSITION DETAILS



  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST
  • Engagement: Independent contractor (full-time hours)
  • Compensation: $5/hour (USD) + per-walkthrough bonus
  • Reports to: Sales Manager
  • Start date: Target start between June 29 and July 6, 2026
