The Field Marketing Coordinator plans and executes virtual and in-person events to support company growth and demand generation. This role manages event logistics, budgets, and vendor relationships while ensuring consistent brand messaging across all marketing touchpoints.
Field Marketing Coordinator is a full-time remote role responsible for planning, executing, and optimising field and event marketing initiatives that support Virima's growth goals. This role coordinates virtual and in-person events, including webinars, trade shows, partner events, and regional campaigns, ensuring alignment with sales and demand generation teams.
Daily activities include managing event timelines and logistics, coordinating with internal stakeholders and external vendors, maintaining event budgets, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across all field marketing touchpoints. The Field Marketing Coordinator tracks performance metrics, prepares post-event reports, and supports Lead follow-up processes to maximize pipeline impact.
This role also contributes to campaign content, manages event-related communications, and continuously refines field marketing programs based on data and feedback.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess skills in Field Marketing and Event Marketing to support regional campaigns and partner-focused initiatives.
- Candidates should possess skills in Event Planning and Event Management to coordinate logistics, timelines, budgets, and vendor relationships.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to collaborate with internal teams, partners, and prospects, and to deliver clear event-related messaging.
- Experience working with marketing automation, CRM, and event management platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) is beneficial.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced remote environment are preferred.
- Background in B2B technology or enterprise software marketing, and familiarity with IT operations or IT service management, is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
