AI Summary

Drive the growth of the ETF platform by building consultative relationships with RIAs, family offices, and wealth management firms. Partner with leadership to refine market positioning and educate advisors on evidence-based portfolio implementation.

Position Summary

Hill Investment Group and Longview Research Partners are redefining how advisors and investors implement evidence-based investing through a differentiated ETF platform built for long-term success. Headquartered in St. Louis, with team members located across the country, the firm combines deep investment expertise with a collaborative, entrepreneurial culture focused on helping advisors make better portfolio decisions.

We are seeking an ETF Growth Lead to play a pivotal role in expanding the firm's ETF platform by building relationships with sophisticated financial advisors, RIAs, family offices, and wealth management firms. This is a highly consultative business development opportunity for someone who thrives on creating new opportunities, educating advisors on portfolio implementation, and driving long-term asset growth.

Unlike a traditional wholesaling position, this role is focused on building the business from the ground up. The ETF Growth Lead will partner closely with firm leadership and portfolio management to develop meaningful advisor relationships, contribute to thought leadership, and help establish Longview as a leading boutique ETF provider.

This is a full-time position with a preference for candidates located in St. Louis, MO, though remote candidates will be considered for the right individual.

  • Serve as a trusted resource for advisors evaluating investment implementation decisions.
  • Differentiate the firm's investment philosophy through thoughtful, consultative conversations.
  • Build credibility and long-term relationships based on trust and expertise.

Strategic Growth & Market Development

  • Partner with leadership to refine business development strategy and market positioning.
  • Contribute to marketing initiatives, advisor education, and thought leadership content.
  • Represent the firm at conferences, industry events, and advisor meetings.
  • Provide market feedback to help shape future product positioning and growth initiatives.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in ETF distribution, asset management, wealth management, or financial advisor business development.
  • Demonstrated success developing new business and cultivating advisor relationships.
  • Strong understanding of ETFs, portfolio construction, investment markets, and evidence-based investing principles.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to explain complex investment concepts in a clear and practical manner.
  • Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and strong sense of ownership.
  • Highly organized with excellent follow-through and pipeline management skills.
  • Comfortable working independently within a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; industry licenses (Series 7, 63, 65, or CFA) are beneficial but not required.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience working with RIAs, family offices, and independent wealth management firms.
  • Existing relationships within the advisor community.
