Key Responsibilities:

Provides advanced ERP system support by diagnosing and resolving moderately complex technical issues. This role is responsible for supporting, configuring, maintaining, and enhancing the organization's Epicor Kinetic SaaS Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) environment. This role serves as a technical resource for ERP users across multiple functional areas, including Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Inventory, Engineering, Finance, Customer Service, and Quality.  


Working closely with business stakeholders and the IT team, the ERP Support Specialist analyzes business requirements, develops ERP solutions using Epicor's supported customization tools, provides user support, and helps optimize business processes while ensuring solutions remain compatible with Epicor SaaS updates.

Key Deliverables of the Position

1) Diagnose and resolve moderately complex ERP system issues.

2) Support ERP implementations, upgrades, and system configuration changes.

3) Provide technical training and guidance to ERP users.

4) Collaborate with IT and engineering teams to resolve system issues.

5) Analyze recurring problems and recommend process improvements.

6) Maintain ERP documentation and troubleshooting resources.


Requirements

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or related discipline
  • 2–4 years of ERP support experience
  • Works under general supervision
  • Programming or software development experience preferred, particularly experience working with APIs, system integrations and ERP-related development.
