About the role:

We are looking for an entry level Channel Partnership Manager to expand our partner program. You’ll serve as the liaison between our internal sales and marketing teams and our external channel ecosystem, helping partners understand, position, and sell KELA’s solutions.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new partners, including VARs, MSSPs, and technology alliances.
  • Manage ongoing partner relationships and act as the main point of contact for business and operational needs.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Product) to ensure alignment on joint business plans and enablement programs.
  • Support partners with deal registration, co-marketing activities, and sales enablement initiatives.



Requirements

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in channel, partnerships, or business development.  Experience in IT or Cyber Security is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Eager to learn, self-motivated and results-oriented, capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Based in the U.S. (remote), with willingness to travel as needed.
  • Familiarity with partner enablement platforms (e.g., PRM, Salesforce, HubSpot).
