The Opportunity

As our Enterprise Systems & Process Analyst, you'll partner with teams across the organization to uncover opportunities, streamline processes, and help shape the systems, data, and analytics solutions that drive our business forward.
In this highly collaborative role, you'll bring the right people together, facilitate meaningful discussions, and translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements that technical teams can successfully deliver. Work Location
- RW Thrive is headquartered in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. This is a fully remote position, working from a home office. Candidates must reside anywhere within the following states: Wisconsin, Minnesota, Texas, South Carolina, or North Carolina
Travel Requirements
- Occasional travel, less than 10%
Compensation
- The expected compensation range for this position is $75,000 - $100,000 annually. This role qualifies to participate in our bonus program. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead discovery sessions with business leaders and subject matter experts to identify business needs, clarify priorities, challenge assumptions, and define desired outcomes.
- Analyze and document current-state processes and design future-state workflows, business rules, system interactions, and operational controls.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through process standardization, automation, consolidation, and elimination of manual or duplicative work.
- Develop and maintain governance standards for key business metrics, including definitions, calculations, data ownership, and reporting consistency.
- Facilitate alignment across teams by resolving conflicting requirements, priorities, processes, data definitions, and reporting standards.
- Translate business needs into clear, implementation-ready requirements, process flows, acceptance criteria, and validation standards.
- Partner with stakeholders and technical teams to evaluate proposed solutions, resolve gaps, and ensure alignment with approved business objectives.
- Serve as the primary owner of business requirements, providing direction to developers, consultants, contractors, and other technical resources throughout implementation.
- Manage and prioritize the enterprise systems, process improvement, data, and analytics backlog based on business value, urgency, dependencies, effort, and risk.
- Coordinate solution delivery, user acceptance testing, and final validation to ensure business requirements are met across enterprise platforms, including ERP, CRM, analytics, NetSuite, and Microsoft Dynamics 365.
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, operations, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and directly related experience
- Minimum of five years of experience in business systems analysis, enterprise applications, ERP or CRM implementation, functional systems consulting, or a related role involving cross-functional process and technology transformation
- Demonstrated experience leading stakeholder discovery and translating business needs into process maps, business rules, data and integration requirements, functional specifications, and measurable acceptance criteria
- Experience driving enterprise application work through the implementation lifecycle—including prioritization, stakeholder decisions, coordination of internal and external technical resources, user acceptance testing, and solution validation
- A skilled business partner who can ask the right questions, uncover underlying needs, and turn complex business challenges into clear requirements and actionable plans.
- A confident facilitator who can build alignment, establish priorities, drive accountability, and move initiatives forward across diverse stakeholders and teams.
- A systems thinker with experience in process improvement, enterprise applications, data governance, and solution delivery who can connect people, processes, data, and technology to achieve business outcomes.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or comparable ERP and CRM platforms
- Familiarity with business intelligence, data governance, system integrations, and subscription or entitlement management
- Experience replacing spreadsheet-based or person-dependent processes and reporting with standardized workflows, governed data sources, or enterprise system solutions
- Experience supporting enterprise applications and process improvement across functions such as sales, operations, supply chain, marketing, or finance
