The Enterprise AI Feature Engineer will assist with the implementation, integration, and operations of Google Gemini for Gov, M365 Copilot, and ChatGPT Gov Enterprise offerings within Accenture Federal Services. This role supports secure, scalable, and compliant deployment of these platforms, aligning with federal standards and organizational objectives.
The Enterprise AI Feature Engineer will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, and AFS Leadership to help deliver high-quality, scalable, and innovative AI-based applications.
The project includes procurement, NIST 800-171 security approvals handled by the operations team, Entra ID SSO integration, logging integration, user feedback collection, and operational readiness with dedicated support resources.
This role requires assisting in solving technical problems, applying existing methods, and learning new approaches to support successful implementation.

The Work

Manage Licensing Process
Manage application configuration
Manage features against FedRAMP approved services
Help identify and resolve technical issues and dependencies throughout the development lifecycle.
Collaborate with team to ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and security protocols.
Contribute to documentation and knowledge-sharing for operational readiness.
Continuously learn and stay informed about AI technologies and industry practices.

What you need

Bachelor’s Degree Required
US Citizenship required
Proven experience in enterprise AI platform deployment and integration.
Experience with at least one of the following enterprise AI tools:
Google Gemini for Gov
M365 Copilot
ChatGPT Gov
Understanding of federal security standards and compliance frameworks (e.g., NIST 800-171).
Cloud-based infrastructure, identity management, and secure system design.
Proficiency in programming and scripting for automation and integration tasks.
Knowledge of data management
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Willingness to learn and continuously expand knowledge

Bonus if you have

Understanding of version control systems
Interest in multi-agent systems

As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, and the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
