What you are empowered to accomplish:
Plummer is looking for a seasoned Project Manager to join our Team. This is an exciting opportunity to manage all aspects of a project including planning, design, financials, and team coordination. The Project Manager will also establish and maintain strong working relationships with clients.

You will also receive ongoing guidance and mentorship from your Team Leader.
 
Our Ideal Teammate:
  • Our ideal teammate will have at least 6 years of professional engineering and project delivery experience working on municipal water and wastewater infrastructure.
  • Relevant experience should include conveyance-related projects such as water transmission and distribution pipelines, wastewater collection systems and interceptors, force mains, lift stations, pump stations, pipeline rehabilitation, and utility planning.
  • This position requires a bachelor's degree in civil, environmental, mechanical, or a related engineering discipline and Professional Engineer (PE) licensure in Texas or the ability to obtain Texas licensure within 6 months of hire date.
  • Our ideal teammate will have a firm understanding of engineering fundamentals and the principles associated with municipal water and wastewater infrastructure.
  • Experience developing and managing project scopes, budgets, schedules, engineering reports, construction documents, and cost estimates is preferred. We are seeking a strong communicator with leadership skills and the ability to collaboratively plan, solve problems, coordinate project teams, manage client relationships, and follow through on project commitments.
