What You'll Do

As a member of our Distribution Team, you'll help clients solve real-world operational challenges by:

• Analyzing data to identify opportunities for operational improvement.
• Designing and optimizing distribution centers, manufacturing facilities, and warehouse operations.
• Conducting facility assessments, operational audits, and master planning studies.
• Evaluating process flows, staffing requirements, equipment alternatives, and facility layouts.
• Applying Lean principles and participating in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Creating data models to evaluate potential operational changes and business outcomes.
• Developing presentations and communicating recommendations to clients.
• Conducting research on emerging technologies and industry trends.
• Supporting project teams with cost analyses, capital planning, and strategic recommendations.
• Contributing to impactful client deliverables that drive measurable business results.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in:

  • Industrial Engineering
  • Mechanical Engineering
  • Supply Chain Management
  • Operations Management
  • Or a related discipline

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

• High attention to detail.

• Curiosity and a passion for continuous improvement.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within project teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Internship or co-op experience in manufacturing, distribution, supply chain, engineering, or operations.
• Lean Six Sigma certification or coursework.
• Experience working with operational, manufacturing, or logistics data.
• Exposure to warehouse, manufacturing, or supply chain environments.

Technical Skills

Experience with any of the following is a plus:

• Microsoft Excel
• SQL
• Python
• Power BI
• Tableau
• AutoCAD
• Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
• Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES)
• ERP systems such as SAP
