Position Overview:
Are you an experienced Employee Benefits professional who enjoys building relationships and making a real impact for clients? We’re looking for a licensed Employee Benefits Account Manager to join our team and help support a growing book of business.

In this role, you’ll work closely with clients to manage their benefits programs, guide them through renewals and open enrollment, and ensure a smooth, positive experience for both employers and their employees.

If you’re organized, knowledgeable in group benefits, and enjoy a mix of client interaction and behind-the-scenes coordination, this could be a great fit.

What You’ll Do:
  • Manage a portfolio of employee benefits accounts and serve as a trusted point of contact
  • Prepare and present renewal options, including plan comparisons and cost analysis
  • Support clients during open enrollment and assist with employee communications
  • Help employees with benefit questions and claims support
  • Coordinate enrollments, terminations, and policy updates
  • Assist with onboarding new groups and gathering necessary documentation
  • Ensure a smooth day-to-day experience for clients and their teams
  • Stay up to date on industry guidelines and compliance requirements
What We’re Looking For:
  • Active California Life & Health license (or ability to obtain)
  • 3+ years of experience in employee benefits or group account management
  • Strong understanding of medical, dental, vision, life, and disability plans
  • Great communication skills and a client-first mindset
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple accounts at once
  • Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook)
  • Experience in using Employee Navigator.
