Clinical Counseling and Case Management

·        Provides confidential clinical services to individuals, couples, and groups including assessment, short-term counseling, crisis intervention, case monitoring, and referrals for personal and work-related concerns.

·        Provides critical incident and grief support for individuals and groups.

·        Consults to managers/supervisors, Human Resources, Occupational Health, Equal Opportunity, Diversity & Inclusion and other department administrators regarding risk assessment, critical incidents, workplace conflict, and employees with work performance, personal, or other workplace issues.

·        Provides consultation and coordination with Human Resources and Occupational Health in assessing fitness for duty and supporting successful reintegration of employees returning from leave.

·        Maintains timely case documentation and program statistics; strictly adheres to confidentiality and ethical guidelines.

Training, Education, and Wellness Promotion

·        Creates and delivers responsive training and educational workshops on effective utilization of EAP services, behavioral health, emotional well-being, work-life, and other EAP-related topics.

·        Participates in program awareness activities; cultivates employee well-being through innovative programing, workshops, social media and promotion of wellness activities.

Program Development and Community Engagement

·        Fosters and maintains effective and constructive communication within a team environment.

·        Develops and maintains collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

·        Identifies, evaluates, and develops referral relationships with local behavioral health and substance use treatment providers; identifies community resources to address employee needs.

·        Initiates and implements clinical and programmatic improvements to EAP services; contributes to creating and revising policies and procedures.

·        Serves on advisory boards and committees within the organization and in professional EAP organizations.

·        Performs other related duties as assigned or requested.
