Key responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the annual EMEA ICE campaign plan in alignment with the EMEA ICE strategy, portfolio priorities and country readiness.
  • Manage ICE website content and landing pages, coordinating updates, user journeys, analytics, optimisation and required review processes.
  • Plan and execute integrated advertising, email, search advertising and digital campaigns, including audience strategy, media plans, creative development, deployment and performance optimisation.
  • Coordinate campaign calendars across EMEA and ensure consistent positioning while enabling appropriate country-level adaptation.
  • Partner with country marketing and commercial teams to define campaign priorities, activation plans, local requirements and measures of success.
  • Recommend and manage the allocation of campaign budgets by market, channel and activity; monitor spend, commitments, forecasts and return on investment.
  • Lead agency and vendor management for creative, media, digital, content and production activities within approved governance processes.
  • Provide marketing oversight for priority events and congresses, including objectives, presence, messaging, digital amplification, lead capture, follow-up and performance reporting.
  • Develop sales-facing campaign toolkits, content and activation guides in partnership with the Sales Enablement Specialist.
  • Monitor campaign and channel KPIs, identify performance gaps and present actionable recommendations to the EMEA ICE Marketing Lead and country stakeholders.
  • Maintain alignment with Global and regional partners on brand, portfolio, launch, claims, data privacy and content approval requirements.

Required qualifications and experience

  • Masters's degree in marketing, business, communications, life sciences or a related discipline.
  • Approximately 5 or more years of progressive marketing experience, including digital campaign execution and cross-country stakeholder management.
  • Demonstrated experience managing websites, email campaigns, paid media and search advertising.
  • Experience managing campaign budgets, agencies, timelines, performance dashboards and multiple market inputs.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn campaign data into clear optimisation decisions.
  • Fluent English and the ability to operate effectively in a matrixed, multicultural EMEA environment.
  • Ability to travel within EMEA for key country meetings, congresses and business reviews.

Preferred qualifications and experience

  • Experience with account-based marketing, marketing automation, CRM integration, SEO and web analytics.
  • Experience supporting product launches and highly regulated promotional review processes.
  • Additional European language capability.

Measures of success

  • Integrated campaigns are delivered on time, on budget and with clear country adoption.
  • Website, email, search and advertising activity generate measurable engagement and qualified commercial action.
  • Campaign investment is transparently prioritised across countries and channels.
