We are looking for a passionate and experienced Early College Specialist to join our team and help drive the success and satisfaction of our customers. Job Summary: The Early College Support role provides essential administrative, technical, and operational support across resource management, CRM systems, communications, reporting, designation activities, and organizational operations. Leveraging knowledge of Early College High School (ECHS) models, dual credit programs, postsecondary partnerships, and college and career readiness pathways, this role helps ensure schools and partners receive accurate, timely, and effective support from P2C. This position is responsible for maintaining accurate data and digital resources, supporting professional learning sessions and workshops, coordinating designation-related communications and activities, and assisting with event logistics. The role requires strong organization, attention to detail, technical proficiency, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while providing dependable support to internal teams and external partners. The ideal candidate combines strong organizational and technical skills with direct experience in Early College programs, enabling them to anticipate stakeholder needs, contribute valuable insights, and support successful implementation efforts across multiple initiatives. Job Duties and Responsibilities Facilitate ECHS professional learning sessions and support related event planning and preparation. Co-plan and deliver support workshops including Designation Office Hours. Produce polished written communications or ECHS programs that reflect organizational standards and effectively convey key information supported by P2C. Develop templates and supporting materials that align with brand standards and maintain consistency across ECHS communications and resources. Review customer-facing communications for the services teams to deliver clarity, professionalism, accuracy, and alignment with organizational standards before distribution. Conduct Massachusetts Planning Phase reviews and provide timely, actionable feedback to participating programs. Participate in weekly coordination meetings with state-level client(s), contractors, and consultants during the designation period, including calibration meetings every 3–4 weeks. Provide additional administrative and logistical support leading up to larger events as needed with event support, and pre-event preparation such as including printing and logistics. Manage updates to the Resource Site (WordPress) and Resource Hub (Canvas), ensuring events, resources, news, and other site content remain timely, accurate, and useful for customers and partners.  Maintain master TA calendar; track deliverables, deadlines, attendance, outputs, and follow-up; maintain project documentation; ensure responsibilities are assigned and completed Ensure findings from coaching inform statewide TA; identify recurring problems of practice; move common needs into PD, Learning Hub resources or support sessions Maintain overall TA workplan; meet with DESE/DHE; translate DESE priorities into team assignments; monitor deadlines, risks, and completion of deliverables; provide progress updates and problem-solving Maintain HubSpot CRM records, including contact and account management, deal monitoring, duplicate record resolution, and overall system accuracy. Maintain the shared mass.gov SharePoint database, including the master contact database for EC programs. Prepare data reports from P2C events, including professional learning sessions and meetings, for client updates and P2C leadership reporting. Manage recorded materials for customer distribution by preparing, uploading and organizing resources across approved platforms such as AWS and YouTube.  Manage surveys associated with designation work, including survey creation, deployment, and analysis of submitted data. Abilities Ability to work independently, manage multiple responsibilities, and prioritize work based on deadlines, events, sessions, and organizational needs. Ability to maintain accurate, organized digital records, databases, attendance data, and other organizational information. Ability to learn and effectively navigate multiple technology platforms and systems, including CRM, survey, email, file-sharing, video conferencing, and other digital tools. Ability to communicate clearly and professionally through email and other communication channels with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders. Ability to plan, coordinate, and facilitate professional learning sessions, workshops, and related activities. Ability to coordinate information, resources, communications, and logistics for designation-related activities, events, and organizational initiatives. Ability to create and maintain templates, resources, digital content, and other supporting materials across multiple platforms. Ability to support event planning and logistics, including preparation, printing, materials, and other administrative needs for meetings and larger events. Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners while providing reliable administrative, operational, and backend support across multiple areas of the organization. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, or a related field (master’s degree preferred). 3+ years of experience as an Early College High School teacher, administrator, or consultant/specialist, or a related role within the education technology industry. Strong understanding of the education sector and its unique challenges and opportunities. Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Prolonged periods of standing. Must be able to travel within Massachusetts, occasional/as needed (under 10-15%).
