About the Company

The Jasco Group is a dynamic, multi-brand business operating across business-to-business, direct-to-consumer, pureplay and omnichannel retail environments. As part of our continued digital expansion, eCommerce is a key strategic growth channel for the Group, supporting both trade and consumer customers through integrated online solutions.

Our digital platforms play a critical role in delivering seamless purchasing experiences, strengthening customer relationships and driving long-term growth across all divisions.

Joining our fast-paced, growth-focused eCommerce team, the eCommerce Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day operational integrity and technical execution of our online platforms.

This role ensures product data accuracy, promotional setup, platform functionality and overall website performance across multiple digital storefronts. Working closely with Marketing, Product, IT and external development partners, you will support platform configuration, integration management, testing of new functionality and ongoing website optimisation.

This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-driven, technically confident eCommerce professional who thrives in a multi-channel environment and enjoys improving systems, solving problems and contributing to digital growth.

Qualifications / Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 2–4+ years of experience in eCommerce coordination, digital merchandising, platform administration, or a related online retail support role.

  • Hands-on experience with Shopify Plus, Adobe Commerce, or comparable eCommerce platforms.

  • Strong product catalogue management experience, including product setup, variants, attributes, promotions, and content updates.

  • Exposure to ERP-integrated environments with an understanding of how systems, platforms, and data flows connect across the eCommerce ecosystem.

  • Demonstrated technical aptitude — able to understand platform logic, integrations, and troubleshooting workflows, with the curiosity and willingness to quickly learn new systems.

  • Comfortable taking end-to-end ownership of website administration, from setup and configuration through QA, issue resolution, and ongoing optimisation.

  • A technical, systems-oriented mindset — this role is suited to someone who enjoys improving platform functionality and process efficiency, rather than purely executing day-to-day trading operations.
