Key Responsibilities

• Itinerary Design & Booking: Consult with clients remotely to understand their travel needs, recommending optimal routes, accommodations, and services across global destinations.
• Reservation Management: Handle complete booking lifecycles—including issuing tickets, processing changes, managing cancellations, and coordinating refunds through advanced reservation systems and GDS platforms.
• Customer Support & Assistance: Deliver prompt, empathetic, and professional multi-channel support via phone, email, and live chat to resolve travel inquiries with absolute precision.
• Disruption Handling: Navigate urgent travel emergencies (such as delayed flights, missed connections, or schedule disruptions) with calm efficiency and resourcefulness to keep journeys moving forward.
• System Documentation: Maintain precise records of all client interactions, ticketing updates, and billing details within enterprise CRM systems.

Candidate Profile & Qualifications

• Language Proficiency: Fluent command of English or Greek (C1/C2 level) for client communications, paired with professional working proficiency in a second European language.
