Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately log all customer interactions, technical issues, and resolutions within the company's CRM and ticketing systems, ensuring thorough and consistent documentation.
  • Escalate complex or unresolved technical cases to second-level support or specialist engineering teams, following established protocols to ensure timely resolution.
  • Stay continuously informed about new product launches, software releases, and emerging technical trends within the consumer electronics sector in order to deliver accurate and up-to-date support.
  • Identify recurring technical issues and provide structured feedback to internal teams to support ongoing product and service improvement initiatives.
  • Consistently uphold the highest standards of customer satisfaction, reflecting the premium quality associated with the consumer electronics brand you represent.

Requirements

  • Native or fluent Dutch language skills (both spoken and written) are essential for this role — all customer interactions will be conducted in Dutch.
  • A valid EU passport or the right to work within the European Union is mandatory.
  • Demonstrated experience in technical support, customer service, or a helpdesk environment, ideally within the consumer electronics or technology industry.
  • Solid understanding of consumer electronic products, operating systems (iOS, Android, Windows), network connectivity, and general troubleshooting methodologies.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly and patiently to non-technical end users.
  • Proficiency in English (B2 level or above) for internal communication and training purposes.
