Key Responsibilities

• Source and identify qualified Dutch-speaking candidates through a variety of channels, including job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks, in line with Recruitment & Staffing best practices.
• Conduct initial screening interviews and candidate assessments in Dutch to evaluate suitability for open positions across various client accounts.
• Manage and maintain an up-to-date candidate database, ensuring all records and communications are accurately documented throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Collaborate closely with senior recruiters and account managers to understand client hiring needs and develop tailored talent acquisition strategies within the Recruitment & Staffing sector.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with both active and passive Dutch-speaking candidates, ensuring a positive and professional candidate experience at every stage.
• Coordinate interview scheduling and provide timely, constructive feedback to candidates and hiring managers throughout the selection process.
• Stay informed on market trends, talent availability, and competitor activity within the Dutch-speaking recruitment landscape to provide valuable insight to the team.
• Meet and exceed individual and team recruitment targets by delivering high-quality shortlists and placements that satisfy both client expectations and candidate aspirations.

Requirements

• Native or fluent Dutch language skills, both spoken and written, are essential for this role — all candidate and client communications in Dutch will be a core part of your daily responsibilities.
• A valid EU passport is mandatory for eligibility to work on-site in Athens, Greece.
• No prior experience in Recruitment & Staffing is required — a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong communication skills are what matter most.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and professionally with candidates and colleagues alike.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
