Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Dutch-speaking customers, delivering professional, empathetic, and timely support across multiple communication channels including phone, email, and live chat.

Requirements

  • Native or fluent Dutch language proficiency (both spoken and written) is essential — this is a mandatory requirement for all applicants to this Dutch-speaking jobs position.
  • A valid EU passport or EU citizenship is mandatory for this role.
