We are looking for a results-driven Cold Call Sales Specialist to support our Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) initiatives. This role focuses on outbound prospecting, lead qualification, and appointment setting for our sales team. You’ll play a key role in opening conversations with potential clients and driving new business opportunities within the DTC space.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to potential DTC clients
  • Identify, qualify, and nurture leads to generate new business opportunities
  • Schedule discovery calls and demos for the Sales Team
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects
  • Track outreach, follow-ups, and results in CRM systems
  • Execute email outreach and follow-up sequences
  • Communicate DTC service offerings clearly and confidently
  • Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets
  • Collaborate with the sales team to improve outreach strategies
  • Perform other related tasks as needed

What You’ll Be Trained On
  • Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) marketing fundamentals
  • Lead generation and cold outreach strategies
  • Sales scripts, objection handling, and qualification frameworks
  • Internal tools, CRM systems, and outreach platforms





Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Appointment Setter, Cold Caller, Telemarketer, or Leads Generation Specialist.
  • Demonstrated track record of over-achieving targets
  • Motivated, Driven, Tech Savvy, Sociable Go Getters (No experience required, we will train the right candidate)
  • Possess an in-depth knowledge of effective lead mining and lead generation strategies including the ability to identify and develop new business prospects from multiple sources as well as industry best practices.
  • Excellent multi-tasking and time-management skills
  • Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills.
  • A dual-monitor setup is required (at least 8GB of RAM)
  • Must have at least 25 MBPS internet speed
