• Provides assistance to members who are seeking legal help.
  
• Assists in the preparation of legal forms and documents.
  
• Conducts legal research and properly stores/ organizes legal records and/or official publications.
  
• Prepares official accounts of investigations and court proceedings.
  
• Assists with processing appeals while handling a variety of administrative and clerical duties in a law office.
  
• Provides support to lawyers and judges.
  
• Provides services for family law, including powers of attorney, wills and separation decrees.
  
• Conducts research on judicial and administrative rulings, determinations, opinions and decisions.
  
• Performs other duties as assigned.
  

What you will learn:

• The paralegal will learn how to leverage certain technology to track procedures and process to organize documents that meet regulatory requirements.
  
• The paralegal will have exposure to private and government contracts as well as Intellectual Property (IP).
