Location: Remote from Detroit or Grand Rapids, Michigan
The District Sales Manager reports to the Regional Sales Lead and is the manager for all sellers within their district. The District Sales Manager is responsible for maintaining safety standards, driving district sales performance, generating district revenue, and setting aligned priorities. The key objective of the role is to coordinates Channel, RAM, and Specialist activity to deliver growth priorities, align dealer programs and contractor engagement, manage role district execution plans and pipeline visibility, to ensure consistent execution to drive district performance.
As of the date of this posting, a good faith estimate of the current pay scale for this position is $111,000 to $148,000. Placement in the range depends on several factors such as experience, skills, geography and internal equity and may change over time. This position qualifies for benefits and you will be eligible to participate in a bonus plan.
