Role Overview
You will manage a network of Distribution Channels across Sweden and conduct direct business meetings with strategic channel partners. You will be responsible for the daily management of revenue and bookings forecasts and for coordinating regional activities with Sales and Marketing teams, Sales Operations, and Marketing.
In your day-to-day role, you will handle sales-related tasks and drive actions that increase Fluke’s market share and mindshare. You will do this by ensuring strong engagement and commitment from channel partners through cooperative business planning.
You will also provide strategic direction and define strategic priorities for the accounts you manage across Sweden. This role involves close interaction with diverse employees across multiple countries in Europe.

Responsibilities
• You achieve annual sales objectives
• You participate in strategic planning for managed accounts
• You drive operational efficiencies and high performance through the use of Fortive Business System tools
• You use daily management routines to track performance and drive actions
• You track competitive movements and provide market intelligence updates

Your Team
You will be part of the EMEA Channel Sales function, a diverse team of 43 highly skilled and highly engaged associates across the EMEA region, managing more than 120 countries. The team is spread across multiple offices in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.
Your team shares strong values around high performance, setting high expectations, strong work ethic, compliance and integrity, knowledge sharing across regions, and collaboration to achieve EMEA goals.

Experience
• You hold a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as Engineering, Physics, or Business Management
• You have 3+ years of experience in B2B sales or Key Account Management
• You have experience in Channel Management. Value Added Resellers and Electrical or Industrial wholesalers experience is preferred
