Job Summary

A Director of Recruiting is responsible for recruiting new agent producers and field managers for The Assurance Group (TAG).

 

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Assist potential producing agents and field sales managers in understanding the opportunity for growth and success available to them if they affiliate with TAG.
  • Understand and become an expert on how TAG operates and be able to navigate within TAG’s systems to support new agents.
  • The ability to be available to, and communicate with, all agents to ensure smooth and efficient on-boarding.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

  • Organizational Support - Follows policies and procedures; Completes administrative tasks correctly and on time; Supports organization's goals and values.
  • Judgment - Exhibits sound and accurate judgment; includes appropriate people in decision-making process.
  • Planning/Organizing - Uses time efficiently and completes work promptly.
  • Adaptability - Able to deal with frequent change, delays, deadlines, or unexpected events.

 

Qualifications

·         High school diploma or undergraduate degree. Industry experience may be substituted for educational qualification.

·         Three (3) or more years’ experience in insurance marketing and sales and/or training.

·         Possess basic computer navigation skills and knowledge or familiarity of basic computer programs/applications including but not limited to email, word processing, spreadsheet programs, internet, Adobe, etc.
