Director of Outreach and Program Development- Local Remote

Director of Outreach & Program Development serves as point of contact through networking, presentations, and strategic outreach for VOAOHIN Behavioral Health and facilitates department development and community presence. Primary functions include short and long term census management and cultivation of a pipeline referral network. Secondary functions include Overseeing the Access Team, Medicaid Compliance (administrative), Payer Source System Management and External Provider Relations. The position is responsible for developing marketing and business plans for the achievement of revenue goals for behavioral health. Supervise database of client relationship management and utilize the result to manage customer satisfaction and demand. Analyze current and past expense budgets, service deficiencies, referral pipeline and revenues. This enables him/her to provide recommendations for the BH growth, creating and implementing public relations, marketing and/or communications strategies; developing fund raising plans; department budgeting; building and fostering relationships with constituents; enhancing the organization's public image and brand; and ensuring easy and seamless access to behavioral health services for potential clients and referral sources.
