Leadership Profile
The successful candidate is a builder who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments where structure is still being created. They are comfortable operating in ambiguity, making decisions with imperfect information, and taking ownership without waiting for direction. They balance strategic thinking with a hands-on approach, rolling up their sleeves to solve problems, establishing new capabilities, and help the organization mature.
This leader has a successful track record of building operational functions from the ground up, developing scalable processes, and leading teams through growth and change. They know when to create structure and governance, while avoiding unnecessary bureaucracy that slows execution. They build credibility through action, influence through collaboration, and foster accountability across cross-functional teams.
Success in this role will be measured by the organization's ability to scale through stronger operational execution, repeatable business processes, effective governance, cross-functional alignment, and the development of a high-performing Corporate Operations organization that enables sustainable growth and supports mission delivery.
