Job DetailsJob Location: Dallas - Dallas, TX 75247Position Type: Full TimeThe Director of Field Operations is responsible for overseeing the functionality, financial performance, and operational consistency of regional field offices in Texas. Candidates should be located in the state of Texas. This role includes managing inventory and asset recovery, leading special projects, and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.  The position serves as a liaison between Regional Managers, government agencies, and vendor partners to drive operational excellence. This position requires regular travel to regional offices and partner locations to oversee operations and ensure compliance with company standards. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Policy & Compliance: •    Develop, implement, and enforce policies and procedures for regional field offices. •    Ensure operational compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements. Operations & Quality Control •    Collaborate with Regional Managers to oversee daily operations, staffing ratios, and quality control processes. •    Conduct on-site reviews of regional offices, providing recommendations to the executive committee for operational improvement and standardization.   •    Mediate and resolve intercompany disputes as directed. Inventory & Asset Management •    Manage all aspects of inventory and asset recovery. Stakeholder Collaboration & Strategic Planning •    Serve as liaison to Regional Managers, government agencies, and vendor partners, addressing emerging challenges and aligning strategies for program success. •    Assist in developing corrective action plans to address concerns raised by referring agencies. •    Support the development of new and existing business proposals. Performance Monitoring & Reporting •    Review weekly program participation reports and collaborate with regional offices to address fluctuations in engagement.   Qualifications•    Minimum of 3 years of management experience, including personnel supervision. •    Proven experience managing at least 5 direct reports. •    Background in criminal, customer service, or a related management role preferred. •    Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred. •    Willingness to travel up to 40% to regional offices and partner locations as needed. The position may require oversight of regional offices in multiple states and time zones, as assigned by the Vice President of Operations. Candidates must reside in the state of Texas; no specific city or county is required at this time. This position is considered remote.
