Role Objective

The Director of Client Relations is responsible for Direct Sales and Client Relations for UKG services and solutions. Working closely with our Leadership team and UKG CRM, this position will be instrumental in defining our go to market strategy and approach.

 

Essential Functions

  • Understand client business objectives, challenges, and technology landscape to position relevant consulting solutions.
  • Identify target markets, industries, and decision-makers (CIO, CHRO, CFO, etc.) to develop a strong sales pipeline. Identify and qualify new business opportunities through networking, referrals, outbound prospecting, and partnerships.
  • Develop and maintain a quality pipeline of prospects.
  • Work with other Argano business units for cross-sell opportunities.
  • Foster and grow relationships with existing UKG clients.
  • Create and deliver presentations and proposals to C-level staff.
  • Identify RFPs to respond to and lead the RFP response internal process.
  • Develop, grow and maintain relationships with Sales Executives at UKG.
  • Experienced prospecting and selling into a variety of industries.
  • Ability to work remote and/or face-to-face delivery of proposals at the C-level.
  • Provide client and vendor trends to guide delivery in service offerings.
  • Leverage social media platforms to network with potential customers, UKG and promote Argano.
  • Provide outbound marketing support and client communications to drive referral business.
  • Deliver on sales quotas.
  • Collaborate with internal solution architects, practice leads, and subject matter experts to develop tailored proposals and statements of work (SOWs).
  • Must have the ability to travel as needed. 

 

Preferred Qualifications & Requirements

  • A proven history of strong UKG Vendor Sales Executive relationships is highly desired.
  • 2-5 years of experience in sales or business development, ideally within UKG Professional Consulting Services or UKG Pro Software.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota in software solutions or services-based sales environment.
  • Strong understanding of UKG’s Full Suite of products (HCM and WFM) is highly desired.
  • Ability to communicate professionally both written and orally.
  • Ability to create Executive level power point presentations.
  • Ability to present.

There are no supervisory responsibilities for this role.

 

Travel Requirements

This position typically has a nationwide travel expectation 

 

Work Environment

A combination of home office and on-site client work environment. 

 

Physical Demands

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Travel as required.
