About Us
Cedar Health Research is a community-based clinical trial site network with five clinical research sites across the DFW Metroplex conducting Phase I–IV trials in cardiometabolic, cardiology, women’s health, vaccines, and neurology. We combine experienced principal investigators, dedicated research staff, centralized business development and regulatory functions with strong access to patient populations to deliver operational excellence and on-time enrollment for sponsors and CROs, with a focus on underrepresented communities.
What Sets Cedar Apart
Deep community partnerships: A co-located research site at Native-American FQHC Texas Native Health with dedicated investigator and staff, plus relationships with other community organizations that give sponsors access to diverse and underrepresented participants.
Proprietary participant database: A large proprietary participant database that supports fast, realistic feasibility responses and predictable enrollment.
Industry-leading retention: Industry-leading participant retention, so the patients we enroll stay through study completion.
The Role
You will manage relationships with sponsors and CROs, build a pipeline of studies for our sites, position the network for the right trials, and manage the path from first feasibility inquiry through contract execution and study start-up. You'll work closely with our investigators, site operations, and finance teams to make sure we only pursue studies we can deliver well.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with pharma and biotech sponsors, CROs, and site selection and feasibility teams to meet annual study sales targets.
Pursue preferred-provider, master services agreement (MSA), and strategic partnership arrangements with CROs and sponsors.
Represent the network at industry events and drive follow-up.
Develop marketing materials, capability decks, and a clear value proposition for the network.
Pipeline and reporting
Maintain a disciplined pipeline in a CRM, forecasting awards, enrollment-driven revenue, and backlog.
Report regularly on feasibilities received, selection rates, awards, and sponsor satisfaction.
Feasibility and study selection
Own the intake and triage of feasibility questionnaires, site qualification visits, and selection calls, partnering with PIs and operations to respond quickly and accurately.
Position each site's strengths: patient databases, referral relationships, therapeutic experience, equipment, and prior performance.
Guide go/no-go decisions on studies based on enrollment realism, site capacity, and financial fit.
Qualifications
3–5+ years in business development, site alliances, or sales in clinical research, including experience with a site network, SMO, or multi-site research organization.
Working knowledge of the clinical trial lifecycle, including feasibility, site selection, start-up, and enrollment.
